Hotel was a little bit dated but was conveniently situated for our stay. Close to most attractions and transport. There was construction happening next door but there seemed to be a lot of construction throughout Manhattan. (construction noise from 8.00am - 5.00pm, but if you are out all day it’s not a problem). Enjoyed ‘Prosecco hour’ between 3.00 - 4.00pm. Thanks to Jeremy for looking after us.

The location was perfect. Everything is so close. And the rooftop was amazing with beautiful view.

Good location, just minutes away from Central Park and Broadway. The staff was really nice and professional. Bed was very comfortable

Room was not so spacious, but manageable. Bed is comfortable and soft. Location is great. It was late when we realize that the " metro" is like 5meters away from the Hotel. We kept going to the other direction. I would like to commend the Housekeeping Dept as they keep the room tidy and give with all our needs. And it was a exceptional to be visited by the Director of Housekeeping to check if everything is taken cared of during our stay. Thank you so much Ms. Imelda. You are one of the best asset of the Hotel. Overall, the staff are accommodating and helpful. Shukran Katir :)

We loved our stay. Our room was very close to the elevator, which made us nervous, but we were not disturbed at all. Room was comfortable in size for two of us and our things. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. We would definitely consider another stay here if we find ourselves in the area again. The Prosecco hour was a fun surprise!

I've travelled around the US for past month and this was the best place I stayed. Great location for what I wanted, the room was so nice, the bed wonderful and the pillows??? Best pillows across North America. The staff were so nice and helpful when we were there and I had questions . The attached bar was good , a little pricey but good and great staff. I think it was called Ricky's or Randy's Bar. The restaurant, Serafinos, on the corner of the hotel was Devine and that rooftop bar??? Topped it all off. Loooooved this place and will be back

The hotel location was very good being a short walk to Times Square, 5th Avenue shops and attractions like the Rockafeller Centre. There are some excellent pubs, delies, and convenience stores nearby and close to subway stations. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
