The location was perfect! If you have only 3-5 days to spend, book in this area.

Room was not so spacious, but manageable. Bed is comfortable and soft. Location is great. It was late when we realize that the " metro" is like 5meters away from the Hotel. We kept going to the other direction. I would like to commend the Housekeeping Dept as they keep the room tidy and give with all our needs. And it was a exceptional to be visited by the Director of Housekeeping to check if everything is taken cared of during our stay. Thank you so much Ms. Imelda. You are one of the best asset of the Hotel. Overall, the staff are accommodating and helpful. Shukran Katir :)

I've travelled around the US for past month and this was the best place I stayed. Great location for what I wanted, the room was so nice, the bed wonderful and the pillows??? Best pillows across North America. The staff were so nice and helpful when we were there and I had questions . The attached bar was good , a little pricey but good and great staff. I think it was called Ricky's or Randy's Bar. The restaurant, Serafinos, on the corner of the hotel was Devine and that rooftop bar??? Topped it all off. Loooooved this place and will be back

Loved the location and proximity to all of our plans. Loved how easy and convenient finding parking, food and coffee were. Loved the PHD lounge where we hung out late night. Swanky , sexy , upscale vibe, delicious, potent drinks and great music. The room was spacious, although maybe a little sparse. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Room could use a coffee machine.
