Dream Midtown, Part Of Hyatt

Location is fantastic for walking and subway to theaters, Central Park, and sights. Room is NYC small but comfortable and clean. Housekeeping came every day. Our 1st floor room had some street noise but not so much that we felt the need to move. We used the 4 breakfast vouchers for 2 of our mornings. The breakfast vouchers are for Serafina restaurant on the lobby level. Food was good with lots of options.

The location close to nearby Times Square and restaurants. Walking distance to shop. Staff very professional and friendly. Enjoyed the cocktail lounge and rooftop bar. The continental breakfast included in the price. Staff helpful with getting access to private service to travel to a restaurant. The hotel was very clean.

The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable. we were in 107 on the first floor and slept well. normal city noise but fine. The best part of this hotel is the well trained and knowledgeable staff all were beyond friendly! Things like plenty of towels and a good TV made all the difference. Special shout-out to the Serafina staff, kind, friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the breakfast staff and the bartender Wilson. all well managed and led by the mgr. Gianluca. Bravo! Tbe location is unbeatable for Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Central Park, Broadway as well as the Upper East and West sides.

Great location! Near the MOMA, Rockefeller Center, and shopping (Nordstrom !).It’s a very pretty building. The room (king suite) was huge! You will not find a bigger room for the price, and, having two full bathrooms was fantastic. Our room had huge windows overlooking the street, the people watching was great. The rooms were impressively clean, clearly the housekeeping staff cares about their job. In fact, the staff was probably the best part of the hotel. The front desk and bell hop went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed and were super friendly.

The location was very convenient and close to major tourist attractions and entertainment venues. Also not far from the Apple Store on Fifth Avenue. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent views. I didn’t make it to breakfast at Serafina’s unfortunately, but the breakfast vouchers were much appreciated. Front desk staff were very helpful and clear with directions. Airport shuttle services offered. I thought I left something in my room after I checked out and they searched the room for me.
